The room was spacious and clean, offering lovely views of the city and Tokyo Tower in the distance. It was incredibly comfortable, and I especially loved the unique touch of the robot concierge, which delivered water directly to our room—a fun and futuristic experience! Guest service was excellent, and we took advantage of their luggage service to have our bags delivered to Kyoto, which went seamlessly. The location is extremely convenient, connected to a mall with plenty of great restaurant options and within walking distance of the metro. It’s also a short walk to Shibuya Sky, making it ideal for sightseeing. Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. During our trip to Japan, we stayed in four different hotels, and this was by far our favorite. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Tokyo!

Oswaldo

The location of the hotel is fantastic as it’s right next to the train station which can be accessed from the hotel complex and it has many restaurant and cafe options too. It’s also close to many of Shibuya’s attractions. The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble when we needed help. They have many amenities available on each floor of the hotel including a kitchen area, a laundry area, a shoe cleaning area, a gym and each floor has a free water station. Reception provides free products such as hair brushes, facial products, herbal heat packs and other helpful items. They also offer a bag forwarding service which was awesome and worked out beautifully. We highly recommend this accommodation!

The location of this hotel was extremely convenient, it was very close to Shibuya station so that was very handy. The hotel design was also very modern and artsy which I really enjoyed. There are amenities in your room but there are also some supplies that you can grab in the lobby if needed. The check in and check out process was smooth, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They had mini perks such as free happy hour drinks, and on certain floors there were facilities like a laundry machine, a drink vending machine and a small kitchenette. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

If this is your first time in Tokyo this hotel is ideal. In the heart of Shibuya but rooms aren’t loud. Rooms are slightly spacious for Tokyo standards. Beds are comfortable but pillows are Japanese style (small and hard). Helpful staff. Yamato luggage transfer services available at reception. Restaurants downstairs were lifesavers when we were too tired to venture out for dinner. Subway and Shibuya Scramble mall connected to the hotel. It really was ideal to get setup in Tokyo. The complimentary relaxing masks was welcomed after a long day! The robot delivering room service was very cute.

Central location, easy accessibility direct from the JR line to the lobby via connecting walkway at L4. Superb views if you get it. Beds were wide and comfortable. Front desk staff speaks great English and were always cheerful and helpful. Secured lifts to the rooms, amenities were good and plentiful, complimentary sparkling and still water offered in room, Nespresso coffee machine and generous 6 capsules offered in the triple room and 2 free drinks coupon for happy hour is a nice touch. Drinking water dispenser on every level.
